Ingredients

  • 9 grams of dry yeast for the mass
  • 3/4 of Cup of milk warm, for the dough
  • 2 3/4 cups of flour for the mass
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar for the mass
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for the mass
  • 1 piece of egg for the mass
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter melted, for the dough
  • 1 Cup of raw sugar for the filling
  • 1 Cup of Butter at room temperature, for filling
  • 2 spoonfuls of cinnamon for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of nut for the filling
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar for the glaze
  • 2 spoonfuls of milk for the glaze
  • 1 piece of egg to varnish

    Preparation

    For the dough, mix the yeast with the milk and rest for 10 minutes to hydrate.
    In a bowl of blender add the flour, sugar, egg, salt, milk with yeast and whisk until it has a homogeneous consistency.
    Add butter and continue kneading to integrate. Place in a previously greased bowl and ferment for one hour or until it doubles its volume.
    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the filling, mix the mashed sugar with butter and cinnamon.
    On a floured surface, spread the dough with the help of a rolling pin, add the stuffing, the nuts and roll, with the help of a knife cut the 2cm thick rolls.
    Place the roles on a refractory, folding the tip of the roll down to preserve the shape. Ferment for 20 more minutes.
    Varnish with egg and bake the roles for 20 minutes. Chill
    For the glaze, mix the icing sugar with the milk, pour over the cinnamon rolls, decorate with nuts.
    Serve with a glass of milk.
