Ingredients

6 portions
  • 250 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast, powdered
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 4 tablespoons molasses
  • 300 grams powdered sugar
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon mint essence
  • 6 tablespoons instant coffee

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a bowl mix the sugar, butter, milk, mint and 2 tablespoons of coffee, until you get a smooth paste. This cream goes on top of the bread.
Mix the flour, the yeast, the coconut, the molasses, 4 tablespoons of coffee and the melted butter. The flour must be sifted to avoid lumps.
A refractory glass mold is greased with butter and flour.
Well mixed the flour is put in refractory crushing well.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Unmold and add the mint cream spreading well.
Let cool and cut into boxes.

TIPS
