Ingredients

  • 190 grams Philadephia cheese
  • 200 grams butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 320 grams wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk

Preparation

Beat the cream cheese with the butter perfectly.
Add the condensed milk little by little.
Add the eggs one by one while stirring, then the vanilla and then the evaporated milk.
Sift the flour three times with the baking powder.
Add the flour to the wrapping form, once it is well integrated, empty it into the mold and bake at 180 ° C for one hour. Let cool and serve to taste.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with a little sugar glass.

TIPS

Preferably the ingredients must be at room temperature, this gives the bread a lot of fluffiness.
