Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups whole wheat pancake flour
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 top vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

All the ingredients are placed little by little in the blender until everything is perfectly mixed.
On the other hand, you have to grease and flour a round mold and have it ready so that once this mixture is ready, empty it.
Once in the mold, you can add blueberries, sliced ​​almonds, raisins, chocolate chips, granola, shredded coconut, or amaranth to make that the special "touch" of the bread.
It is put in the oven for 50 minutes at approximately 185 ºC and once you hit a stick and it comes out clean .... ready !!!
