This recipe arose from the lack of carrots when wanting to prepare carrot muffins and it was much richer than the original one. Flaxseed adds nutrients like Omegas to this delicious and nutritious dessert.


16 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk light
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams wheat flour, preferably integral
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cups oil, soy or sunflower
  • 100 grams walnut, milled
  • 50 grams flaxseed, milled
  • 2 cups apple, peeled, finely chopped or finely chopped
  • 16 baking cups, for pancakes
  • molds for pancakes
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed, garapiñado


Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat the condensed milk with the two eggs until well blended.
Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon to the previous mixture of egg and milk.
Incorporate the oil while stirring.
Add walnut and ground flaxseed.
Finally, add the grated or chopped apple.
Place the saucers, one inside each pancake mold and then add a little of the mixture to each one, almost to the edge of each layer. At the end sprinkle granola without sugar or sesame praline on each mold.
Bake for about 30 minutes, check the cooking, if you need to leave 10 minutes more, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven, let cool a little and unmold.


Accommodate them in a panchés fountain.


To grind the walnut and flaxseed uses a mill like those in coffee or a food processor.
