Learn how to make homemade churros with this recipe that combines very common flavors in Mexico, a crispy texture and a smooth filling.   • 2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature for the filling
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar, for the filling

Heat water, salt, sugar and melt the butter in a saucepan; When it is boiling, add the flour and beat vigorously with a balloon until it is perfectly incorporated for 5 minutes. Chill and add the pieces of Egg San Juan® one by one, while continuing to beat. Reservation.

For guava honey, cook the guavas in a pot with the water, the piloncillo, the cinnamon and the star anise; Boil for 10 minutes until light honey is made.
Beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar until you have a homogeneous mixture. Place in a resealable bag, trim the tip of the bag, and set aside.
Cut one end of the churros and fill with the help of the bag or sleeve, accompany with the guava honey. You can decorate the plate with guava and peppermint. It is time to enjoy!
