Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 on yeast, 11g
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • enough flour, to extend
  • enough oil
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • to taste White chocolate, to decorate

Preparation

Moisture the yeast with milk. Rest 5 minutes.
In a bowl mix the flour with the butter, the hydrated yeast, the sugar, the milk, the egg, the salt, the cinnamon powder and knead until you have a firm dough.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with non-stick plastic, let it stand for 1 hour until it doubles its size.
On a floured surface cut the dough into portions of approximately 70 grams each, with the help of your hands, form a roll and twist.
Place on a tray, and leave to ferment for 15 minutes more.
In a small pot over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the donuts until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
Dip over the melted chocolate and let dry, decorate with lines of white chocolate. Let dry completely.
Serve with a glass of cold milk.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, accompanied by a glass of leche leche.

TIPS

The oil should be between 160 ° C and 170 ° C to achieve a good frying, otherwise the donuts will absorb too much fat or they can burn without cooking completely.
