  • 1 cup milk, tibia
  • 4 cups flour

Moisten the yeast with milk and let stand for 10 min.
In the blender, beat the flour with the sugar, salt, add the eggs one by one and the yeast hydrated for 10 minutes. Add the grated rind, the essence and the butter and continue beating until all the ingredients are integrated and obtain an elastic mass.
