Ingredients

30 portions
  • 3 cups flour, (400 g)
  • 1/2 cups sugar, (60 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt, (8 g)
  • 1 tablespoon yeast, (10 g)
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted, (80g)
  • 3/4 cups milk, (180 ml)
  • enough flour, to extend

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, salt, yeast, butter and milk until it integrates.
