Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups Water
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast, dry
  • 3 eggs
  • enough oil, to fry
  • 1/2 cups sugar, To cover
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup tablet chocolate table
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups sugar

Preparation

For churros, heat the water in a medium pot over medium heat. Add the flour, salt and yeast all together at once. Mix perfectly while moving until it comes off the sides. Transfer the dough to another container and cool a little.
Add the egg and mix perfectly. Let rest and put the dough into a sleeve with curly pastry sleeve. On a tray with waxed paper, form rings and freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer.
Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and fry the rings that you previously frozen, brown perfectly for 5 minutes, remove and drain on absorbent paper.
Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Stir fry the churros covering all sides.
For the chocolate sauce, liquefy the table chocolate with the whipping cream, the vanilla essence and the sugar. Cook in a saucepan over medium heat until it reduces and changes color. Serve the churros and dip in the chocolate sauce. Enjoy
