Ingredients

9 servings
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups of Butter at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/4 of Cup of oil
  • 1 1/2 cups of apricot jam
  • enough of Chochitos whites

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    Pass the flour, cornstarch and baking powder through a sieve.
    In a blender , add the butter and beat until smooth.
    Add the sugar and eggs one by one until completely incorporated, add the milk, oil and whisk until completely integrated.
    Add the powder mixture little by little and beat until you get a smooth mixture.
    In a floured and greased cupcake mold, pour the preparation to 3/4 of its capacity and bake for 18 min, let cool and reserve.
    Heat the apricot jam and roll the pancakes, then roll over the white chochitos.
    Enjoy, serve with a glass of milk.

    Creo q le faltan especificaciones a la receta como que tamaño de molde usar y para cuantas porciones es la receta. Hornee según las instrucciones y quedaron crudos.
