Ingredients

24 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons yellow lemon juice
  • 200 grams flour
  • 8 grams baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon yellow lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 100 grams butter, melted

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar and add the milk, the lemon juice, the flour, the baking powder, the yellow lemon zest and the vanilla essence.
Add the butter little by little and beat until integrated.
Pour over a previously greased mold for madeleines and bake for 6 minutes. Let it cool.
Demold and serve.
