  • 5 teaspoons cinnamon powder

  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 100 grams powdered sugar, for the glaze
  • 2 tablespoons milk, for the glaze

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Stretch the dough in a rectangle on a floured surface.
In a bowl, add the butter with the cinnamon and mix.
Pinch the dough with the butter, cinnamon and sprinkle the brown sugar.
Roll the dough and cut 2 cm pieces, place them in a plate or deep baking dish
