The bread of milk, is an original recipe to make at home instead of making the typical homemade bread. Bread is a fundamental food in many cultures and cuisines throughout the world, and should be part of our diet. In a varied and balanced diet, carbohydrates should provide us with more than 50% of the daily energy, and we obtain them from foods such as pasta, rice or bread. Therefore, it is a good habit to include a piece of bread of about 30 grams in the meals.

Beat butter in ointment, milk, sugar, salt and yeast at room temperature for 10min. After this time add honey, olive oil and mix well.
Add the first mixture (butter, milk, sugar, salt, yeast) little by little to the bowl that we have with the mixed flours. "This phase is easier if you have a food processor, simply adding mixture one and two."
The milk bread dough will be ready when it separates from the bowl and is easily detached from the fingers. "If it's not like that and it's very sticky, add a little more flour."
You can make small breads (about 60g) or a large bread. Blend the dough so it stays as smooth as possible. Let it rest in a warm place. It has to double almost its initial volume.
Preheat the oven to 180º C. Before introducing the bread in the oven, paint the surface of the bread with milk to give a golden color to the top.
Bake the bread.
