An exquisite tortilla made with wholemeal flour, perfect for almost any dish. You can cut it and brown it to accompany a delicious guacamole or ceviche, you can also use it to make quesadillas or wraps.

Ingredients

7 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • 500 milliliters of Water
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of yeast

    Preparation

    In a container you place the half kilo of flour, arranging it as donut type, so that the center you add the oil and salt. Around you add the yeast.
    Little by little you are mixing and adding the water, ensuring that a dough is formed with a good consistency.
    After you have mixed the ingredients and obtained a dough, you add a little more flour to prevent it from sticking and keep kneading until when crushing the dough with your fingers, the dough returns to its original shape by itself (no it requires crushing it with great force).
    Let the dough rest for a few minutes and then divide it into parts that weigh 70 or 80 gr. c / u
    You place the dough in a bar with little flour and with the help of the roller you knead it until you get the thickness and the desired shape
    In a hot comal or pan put the tortillas until they stick and before browning. Ready you have a very rich whole tortillas.
