Ingredients

20 portions
  • 3/4 kilos Pizza dough, purchased
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375 F or 190 ° C. Coat 2 large trays with oil.
On a flat surface, flatten the pizza dough and form 2 rectangles of 30x25 cm. Cut strips of dough (horizontally from the shortest side of the rectangle), and tie a knot of these strips.
Arrange the separated knots in the baking tray and varnish with a little oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool a few minutes and take them out of the oven.
Mix the oregano, oil, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Tuck the knots one by one into the container and cover with this mixture.
Serve hot.
