Easy and tasty orange bread. You can eat it at a breakfast or dessert after your favorite meal. It is a bread with a soft and fluffy texture, where the perfume and flavor of orange is unique. You have to prepare it at home and surprise everyone.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 1/2 sticks of Butter ointment
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 orange
  • 1 green lemon
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Orange liqueur

    Preparation

    Beat the butter with the sugar until it has a creamy consistency.
    Add eggs one by one to the mixture.
    Grate the lemon and orange, then squeeze the juice of both.
    The juice and the zest are added to the mixture.
    Sift the flour, with the baking powder and the baking soda and add it to the mixture.
    Beat everything and finally add the orange liqueur.
    Place the mixture in a greased and floured mold so that the mixture does not stick. You can put bread crumbs at the bottom of the mold.
    Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes approximately (if the oven does not have a degree meter, put the knob on number 3).

    PRESENTATION

    Buena pero... Lo hice. Quedó muy bueno de sabor, pero creo que hubiera sido bueno dejarlo unos 10 min más en el horno. 40 min  en lugar de 30. Y especificar que un chorrito de licor de naranja es realmente un poquito, porque creo que le eché como 3cucharadas y fue mucho jajaja.
