Ingredients

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 60 grams of sugar
  • 5 grams of Salt
  • 5 grams of dry yeast
  • 50 grams of Butter
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 25 milliliters of milk
  • 1/2 piece of Orange zest
  • 1 piece of lemon zest

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 25 ° C.
    Knead the flour, the yeast, the sugar, the butter, the salt and the egg until you obtain a soft dough that is removed from the table.
    Add the milk and continue kneading until the milk is incorporated and the dough is more elastic.

    Raise the temperature to the oven at 170 ° C and bake your loaves for 25 to 35 minutes or until your bread is well cooked.
    Remove from the oven and let cool, cover with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

    Me quedo, hace un año encontré una receta y quedo como concha vieja jajajajaja, pero con esta fue muy fácil, para que la masa doble, lo mejor es prepararla con tiempo, mantenerla cerca de la estufa, cuando haces el desayuno y se mantiene tibio, pero en el frío con ventanas abiertas y eso la masa no mas no, yo lo que hice fue hacerle como la receta y la masa la deje con la estufa y se doblo hasta me dio horror partirla, estaba tan bonita que casi lloro jajajajaja, gracias la receta súper y ahora todo el mes de octubre les prepare su pan hasta de chocolate
