Preparation
Mix the flour and the yeast, reserve.
Place the butter, sugar, salt, egg and milk powder in the blender , mix well.
Go adding the flour mixture with the yeast and at the same time add the water little by little.
Since our dough is very good consistency, we add the essence of almonds and anise seeds.
Place on a fret greased with a little oil and cover with a kitchen towel or plastic and let stand to double volume.
After the time of rest, we form the loaves and decorate them.
Rinse with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds and bake at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes.
