Preparation
First all the ingredients are mixed, starting with the dry ones and then the milk is added. Until achieving a homogeneous mass.
The dough is divided into 8 equal parts.
Now a pan of approximately 25 cm in diameter is heated and one of the portions is placed there.
The mass will inflate slightly. When it looks firm, it is turned over to cook it on the other side. The bread should be golden on both sides, as evenly as possible. It takes some time, so patience is required.
