Naan bread is a flat bread, without yeast. It is traditional from Asia that you can use for thousands of preparations. It is delicious and prefect to accompany your tortillas, it is similar to pita bread.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups flour, of tapioca
  • 2 cups flour, of almond
  • 4 cups milk, of organic coconut or water

Preparation

First all the ingredients are mixed, starting with the dry ones and then the milk is added. Until achieving a homogeneous mass.
The dough is divided into 8 equal parts.
Now a pan of approximately 25 cm in diameter is heated and one of the portions is placed there.
The mass will inflate slightly. When it looks firm, it is turned over to cook it on the other side. The bread should be golden on both sides, as evenly as possible. It takes some time, so patience is required.

PRESENTATION

It is important to take into account that this dough does not carry yeast, so the height of the bread will only depend on the amount of dough that is taken to the pan.

TIPS

This bread can be used to prepare a delicious and simple pizza, quesadillas, kebab, donner kebab, etc.
