Ingredients

4 portions
  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 250 grams flour
  • 5 grams salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 90 milliliters Water
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 bunches fresh thyme
  • 5 tomatoes, roasted and martajado

Preparation

Preheated oven at 210 ° C
Mix the butter (you can substitute any fat you prefer) with the flour and rub with your hands to form a point of sand.
Form a volcano with the previous mixture and incorporate salt and sugar.
Add the water and mix gently until completely integrated.
Wrap the dough in self-adhesive plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
