La Madeleine is a traditional bread from France and Spain, characterized by its particular shell shape and its rich butter flavor. Prepare this sweet recipe in just 5 easy steps and 9 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 4 spoonfuls of milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of yellow lemon juice
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 8 grams of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of yellow lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 100 grams of Butter melted

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
