Ingredients

18 portions
  • 500 grams flour
  • 1 on yeast, (11 gr)
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick butter, (90 gr)
  • 1 cup milk
  • sesame seeds, optional
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 a bit manchego cheese, optional
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Make a source and in the middle put the yeast, sugar, salt, a part of the milk and make a premix.
Then add the butter and remaining milk, and continue mixing with your hand.
Give it a few taps and stretch it until the mass of the table takes off.
Put to rest (15-20min) in a glass refractory covered with film so that moisture does not enter and the yeast does its function.
Once it has doubled its size, knead it again.
Cut squares of cheese philadelphia and / or manchego.
To make portions of 50gr of the flour, to extend a little and to fill with the cheese. Then close and form balls
Put in a tray varnished with butter and flour, let rest another few minutes so that they rise again.
Rinse each ball with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15 min at 350ºF / 180ºC or until golden brown.

TIPS

This procedure can be done in a blender , so you can avoid messing up your table or something else.

Me gustó los hise 2 veces pero como la primera vez me supieron muy dulces, a la segunda le puse la mitad de azúcar y el doble de sal y quedaron muchísimo mejores
