The pizza dough recipe is totally homemade, ideal to cook with the whole family and have a great time.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 100 grams of White flour
  • 2.5 grams of dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of table salt
  • 50 milliliters of Water

    Preparation

    Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center.
    Add yeast, sugar, salt, and water right there.
    Mix all the ingredients to form a dough.
    Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and put the dough there.
    Add the oil and knead until smooth.
    Grab another bowl and sprinkle some flour and place the dough inside.
    Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
    Put it again on a flat surface and stretch it with the roller.
    Shape the dough and put it on a tray.
    Add the ingredients you want and bake the pizza at 220 C for 14 minutes.

    Si quieres hacer una pizza grande haz la receta triple y para verificar que la levadura no está muerta pon el agua tibia que necesitas y échale la levadura, te esperas un ratitito y si la levadura burbujea es que no está muerta y si no burbujea está muerta y lo vuelves a intentar.sespues ahí mismo le agregas el azúcar
