    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C (approx. 392F).

    On a floured surface, remove excess air from the dough and with the help of your hands form a strip. Join the ends to form the ring shaped cake.
    Insert the plastic dolls on the bottom and transfer the ring cake to a baking tray, let it ferment for 20 more minutes.
    With your hands, form a sugar crust with the dough that you refrigerated. Glaze the ring cake with egg yolk and place the crust on top alternating with the almonds. Take care to leave spaces between the almonds and the crust for the final decoration.
    Bake the ring cake about 20 minutes or until it is cooked. Remove and cool.
    Melt 8 chocolate rabbits in the microwave for 30 seconds. Cover the spaces of the thread with the melted chocolate and stick the rest of the rabbits on top. Let cool.
    Decorate with melted white chocolate, let dry and enjoy.
