  • 50 grams Bell pepper, (for the filling)
  • 150 grams Ham, (for the filling)
  • 100 grams longaniza sausage, (for the filling)
  • 150 grams smoked bacon, (for the filling)
  • 70 grams mashed tomatoes, (for the filling)
  • 1 tomtato, (for the filling)
  • 1 teaspoon fine herbes, (for the filling)
  • 1 egg, (for the filling)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °
Pour the flour, yeast, salt and sugar into a bowl. Stir little by little and pour water little by little. Knead and let stand for 20 minutes.
