Rich bread made with hot cakes flour, oats, banana, orange juice, blueberries and raisins. Easy to prepare, simple and fast, for the whole family.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup corn oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup lactose free milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon orange blossom essence
  • 1 teaspoon almond essence
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cups cranberry , to decorate
  • 1/2 cups raisin, to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, to decorate
  • 1/2 cups oats, to decorate

Preparation

The oven is preheated to 180 degrees centigrade.
All the ingredients are put in the blender in the order in which they are written.
Beat everything until you get a smooth mixture without lumps.
A baking dish is flour and the mixture is poured.
To decorate the blueberries, raisins and oatmeal rings are placed on the mixture, looking to distribute everything uniformly.
Sprinkle the sugar spoon with the bread mixture and put it in the oven.
Bake for 30 to 45 min. at 180 degrees centigrade or until the center of the bread is cooked, we will know by introducing a toothpick, if it comes out clean the bread is ready.

PRESENTATION

It can be served bathed with a glass of Armagnac or Rum

TIPS

If you want the bread to be more spongy, a teaspoon of baking powder can be added to the preparation. The oatmeal rings can be replaced by fruty loops.
