Hay elementos deficientes en esta receta: no indica el tiempo de amasado (en mi batidora fueron 5 minutos). El tiempo de horneado NO es una hora, la mía estuvo lista en 30 minutos. La receta está bien pero creo que si nunca has horneado puede ser difícil de entender
