Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cups wheat flour, 400 g, sifted, for the dough
  • 1 teaspoon salt, 7 g, for the dough
  • 2 tablespoons Rexal® baking powder, 24 g, for the dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, 30 ml, for the dough
  • 1 1/4 cups lager beer, 310 ml, for the dough
  • olive oil, to grease
  • flour, to grease
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pip, to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed, to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, mix the wheat flour with the salt, the Rexal® Baking Powder, the olive oil and the beer with the help of a balloon whisk, until you obtain a thick and slightly sticky dough.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured muffin tin. With the help of a knife, make a cut along the dough, spread the pumpkin seed, chia and sesame seeds on the surface. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 ° C. After time, check that the bread is done correctly by inserting a wooden toothpick in the center: if it comes out clean, you can remove it from the oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into slices. Enjoy it at your breakfast.

PRESENTATION

Before baking, decorate the bread with seeds such as pumpkin seed, chia, or sesame seeds.

TIPS

Substitute water or milk for beer, you can even combine both ingredients.
