The recipe for Tarta de Zapallito y Queso is simply delicious, it is a succulent cake with zucchini and cheese that we assure you will be a success. It is very easy to prepare and the combination of cheese and pumpkins is delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 zucchini
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/2 bell peppers
  • 50 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt, to taste
  • white pepper, to taste
  • oregano, to taste

Preparation

FILLING: 1- Wash the zucchini (zucchini), cut them in half. Extract its interior conserving the shell. Grate them in a thick form. 2- Place in the micro 2 minutes. Drain. Keep your juice. 3- Sauté onion and morrón. Add the zucchini (without its juice). 4- Beat eggs up to double their volume. Add condiments and cheese m. 5- Mix vegetables and eggs.
TARTA MASS: 1- Mix flour, baking powder and salt. 2- Make a hole in the center and place oil and zucchini juice. 3- Knead. Add water if necessary.
ARMADO DE LA TARTA: 1- Baking roasting pan. 2- Place the dough stretching it with your fingers, helped by oil or flour. Cover base and 2 cm in height. 3- Place filling. 4- Cover with cheese and decorate with strips of red pepper. 5- Bake 30 minutes. Heat from the base of the tray. Gratin 2 minutes. 6- Serve cold or hot, smile and surprise the guests!

PRESENTATION

Serve a slice on a plate and accompany it with a salad.
