Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs, milkshakes
  • 1/3 cups Water
  • 2 cups zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar.
In another bowl, mix the oil, eggs, water and zucchini.
Add the wet ingredients (oil, etc.) to the mixture of dry ingredients (flour, etc.).
Add the nuts and stir a little until they are mixed.
