Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups almond
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups butter, in cubes, cold
  • 1 cup yogurt, Greek
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1/4 cups strawberry, in slices
  • 1/4 cups tangerine segment
  • 1/4 cups blueberry
  • 1/4 cups raspberry, in halves
  • 1/4 cups peach, sliced, with peel
  • enough Fresh mint

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. ( 356°F)
For the crisp, chop the almonds with a knife. Mix in a bowl with sugar, cinnamon, butter and flour, without working too much.
Place in a tray with waxed paper and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
On a board cut slices of peach and strawberry.
In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla and orange zest.
Arrange the cups by placing a little yogurt in each one, add the crisp followed by the fruit and repeat until you form two layers or fill the cup. Decorate with mint and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve yogurt in glasses, fruit, almonds crisp and repeat until full. Decorate with mint.

TIPS

The almond crisp can be done in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, so you can use it throughout the week.
