Wash the apples and cut into quarters, remove the heart and cut the apple quarters into pieces. Wash the blueberries well and bring to the blender along with the apple slices. Wash the strawberries cut them into pieces and take them to the blender. Add the yoghurt and liquefy.
Add water and chia. Blend all the ingredients at maximum power until you get a nice and creamy shake.
Serve the smoothie in two glasses and enjoy.
