Prepare this delicious apple, yoghurt, strawberry and chia smoothie. A delicious combination that will give you all the energy to start your day. It's simple and quick to do; Do not wait more.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 pieces of Red Apple
  • 100 grams of cranberry
  • 100 grams of Strawberry or strawberry
  • 6 spoonfuls of yogurt
  • 100 milliliters of Water
  • 2 spoonfuls of chia

    Preparation

    Wash the apples and cut into quarters, remove the heart and cut the apple quarters into pieces. Wash the blueberries well and bring to the blender along with the apple slices. Wash the strawberries cut them into pieces and take them to the blender. Add the yoghurt and liquefy.
    Add water and chia. Blend all the ingredients at maximum power until you get a nice and creamy shake.
