You never imagined that pancakes could be eaten filled with your favorite ingredients, like bacon and cheese, for example. For those mornings with the family, nothing better than waking up to the soft and delicate aroma of freshly prepared pancakes. This time we bring you some irresistible fillings such as blackberry with cheese, bacon with cheese and the hazelnut cream safety pins.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups Flour for Hot Cakes Tres Estrellas®, (850 grams)
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups bacon, fried
  • 1/4 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • butter, To accompany
  • maple syrup, To accompany

Preparation

In a bowl and with the help of a balloon whisk, mix the flour with the milk, the eggs and the butter until obtaining a smooth preparation. Reservation.
In a skillet over low heat, add butter, pour 1/2 tablespoon of the previous mixture and cook for 2 minutes; add the grated cheese, bacon and add another bit of batter just to finish coating the hot cake. Cook 3 minutes on each side, or until well cooked.
Serve and garnish with butter and maple syrup.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate, accompany with milk and orange juice.

TIPS

Use a Teflon skillet so the pancakes don't stick. You can substitute the Manchego cheese for goat cheese.
