Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 avocados, split in half and without bone
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
  • 100 grams smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 4 pinches black pepper, milled
  • 1 tablespoon chili flake

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Remove a little avocado and reserve, add a little garlic, shallot, salmon, dill.
Fill with the salt egg and add chili flakes.
