This delicious pancake recipe is an ideal healthy breakfast to share with your whole family in the morning or even for dinner, thanks to the delicious combination of banana and Yoplait® Natural Greek Yoghurt.

Preparation
Blend the banana with the eggs, oatmeal, yoghurt, baking powder and cinnamon for 5 minutes or until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chocolate chips, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
In a pan melt the butter over medium low heat, then add half a cup of the mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and turn. Cook for another 3 minutes and reserve. Do the same with the rest of the mixture.
Serve the pancakes on a plate and decorate with a tablespoon of Yoghurt Yoplait® Greek Natural, bananas, blueberries and raspberries. Accompany with maple syrup and a rich juice.
