This pancake recipe carries honey, crushed bananas and chopped nuts. Delicious accompanied by coffee.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 125 grams unsalted butter, 125 grams
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups bee honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas, ripe peeled and crushed
  • 2/3 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda, royal

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Grease and flour 2 rectangular pancake molds.
In a bowl, mix the flour, bicarbonate, royal, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, using a medium speed blender , beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add the honey and mix well. Add the eggs and raise the speed of the blender until it is well mixed.
In two parts, add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Alternating with the mixture of the crushed bananas. Stir in the chopped nuts.
Put the mixture in two rectangular pancakes and bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry.
Let cool completely and decorate with icing sugar.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the pancake with banana slices and icing sugar.

TIPS

As with many pancakes, they taste richer the day after baking them.
