Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 pieces of dehydrated tomato cut in julienne
  • 50 grams of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 leaves of basil cut in julienne
  • to taste of black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of Bimbo bread

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
    In a bowl beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
    Add the tomato, cheese and basil and mix.
    Prepare 4 small souffle plates, pour the fritata into the saucers.
    Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the fritata is golden brown.
    Remove from the oven and serve with toasted bread.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve fritata with toasted bread and berries.
