The Italian omelet, the fritata is a delight, they are beaten eggs with dehydrated tomato, cheese and basil.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 dehydrated tomatoes, cut in julienne
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 leaves basil, cut in julienne
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices Bimbo bread

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Add the tomato, cheese and basil and mix.
Prepare 4 small souffle plates, pour the fritata into the saucers.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the fritata is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve with toasted bread.

PRESENTATION

Serve fritata with toasted bread and berries.
