Ingredients

4 portions
  • 340 grams blueberry
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 1/4 cups low fat milk, very cold
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation

Blend the blueberries, lemon juice, honey and milk in the blender. Serve in 4 glasses and put a little cinnamon on top.

TIPS

It is very good if the blackberries are well frozen.
