Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Yoghurt Natural Oikos®, 150 gc / u
  • 2 bananas, in pieces
  • 1 cup blackberry
  • 1 teaspoon yellow lemon zest
  • 4 tablespoons blackberry, to decorate
  • 4 tablespoons blueberry, frozen, to decorate
  • 4 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds, to decorate
  • 4 tablespoons grated coconut, to decorate

Preparation

Blend the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt with banana, blackberries and zest until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the previous preparation into a bowl and decorate with blackberries, blueberry, sesame and coconut.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with fresh blackberries, frozen blackberries, sesame, grated coconut and mint leaves.

TIPS

You can add a spoonful of yellow lemon juice to give it a more acid touch.
