Ingredients

10 servings
  • 9 spoonfuls of Butter soft
  • 2/3 of Cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3/4 of Cup of milk to make the buttermilk
  • 2 cups of carrot finely grated
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter soft
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 2 3/4 cups of powder sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees or 350 F.
    Grease a cake pan with butter. Sprinkle some flour inside so that it covers all the mold well.
    Put 9 tablespoons of butter, brown sugar and normal sugar in a bowl. Beat with a blender at medium speed for 5 minutes until everything is well mixed.
    Add eggs and egg whites, one at a time. Beat well after adding until the mixture is full and pale yellow. Add the 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
    Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
    Add the mixture of flour and milk to the egg mixture, alternating between these two little by little.
    Add grated carrots and nuts (if you like).
    Put the mixture in the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a chopstick comes out clean.
    Let cool in the mold for a few minutes and then unmold and put on a rack.
    Prepare the cream cheese bitumen. Put the cream cheese with 1/4 cup of soft butter, 2 teaspoons of vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon of salt in a bowl. Gradually add 2 cups of icing sugar. Beat with a blender until everything is smooth and add the other 3/4 of icing sugar.
    Cover the bitumen and let it cool for 30 minutes.
    Put the bitumen on the pancake and serve.
