2 portions
  • 1/2 cups chia
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 banana, cut into slices
  • 1/4 cups blueberry
  • 1/4 cups almond, filleted
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chip, bitter
  • 1/4 cups strawberry, cut in slices
  • 3 tablespoons grated coconut

Preparation

In a bowl, hydrate the chia with coconut milk. Refrigerate until it absorbs the liquid and double in volume.
