This recipe is a delicious recipe for a sausage casserole for lunch. Enjoy with your whole family a good Saturday or Sunday at noon and savor these exquisite flavors.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 cups White bread, cubes of bread from the previous day
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, sharp, grated
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 10 eggs, large, lightly shakes
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 package sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño, big, chopped
  • 1/2 milk creams, to spray

Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Place the bread in the container. Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine the evaporated milk, eggs, powdered mustard and onion powder in a medium bowl.
Pour evenly over bread and cheese.
Sprinkle with chorizo ​​and jalapeño. Cover and refrigerate at night.
Preheat the oven to 325 F.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until cheese is browned.
Cover with aluminum foil if it starts to brown too fast. Season with black ground pepper and sprinkle with Half Cream.
