Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 piece of tomato
  • 8 pieces of dry chile de árbol pepper

    Preparation

    In that pan with more oil you add the eggs one by one and add salt, let them become stellate and remove.
    On a plate put 2 tortillas on top of each other, then plenty of tree sauce and on top a starry egg.
