Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups black bean, cooked and with broth, for the bean sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, roast for the bean sauce
  • 1/4 onions, roasted for the bean sauce
  • 1 avocado leaves, for the bean sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil, for the bean sauce
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Chicken Broth, for the bean sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil, for the crashed egg
  • 4 eggs, for the crashed egg
  • 1 cup nopal, cooked and diced, to present
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, to present
  • 1/2 cups tomtato, finely chopped, to present
  • 1/4 cups coriander, finely chopped, to present
  • enough fresh cheese, diced, to present

Preparation

Blend the beans with the garlic, onion and avocado leaf.
In a pot over medium heat heat the oil and fry the sauce that you liquefied in the previous step; Once it boils, add the cube of Knorr® chicken broth, cook for 10 minutes and reserve.
In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat, pour in an egg and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve.
On a plate, serve the bean sauce, then place the fried egg and decorate with cooked nopales, onion, tomato, coriander and fresh cheese.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a semi-deep plate, accompanied by tortillas and orange juice.

TIPS

Roasted onion and garlic help enhance your sauces with a smoky touch and flavor. If you don't have avocado leaf, you can substitute 1 teaspoon of oregano.
