Blend the beans with the garlic, onion and avocado leaf.
In a pot over medium heat heat the oil and fry the sauce that you liquefied in the previous step; Once it boils, add the cube of Knorr® chicken broth, cook for 10 minutes and reserve.
In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat, pour in an egg and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve.
On a plate, serve the bean sauce, then place the fried egg and decorate with cooked nopales, onion, tomato, coriander and fresh cheese.
