In a bowl beat the 2 eggs with a fork, add the parsley, drained tuna, a splash of milk, salt, pepper and mix everything.
Put a small frying pan to the fire with a little olive oil. When it is hot, add the mixture that we made earlier and lower the heat.
Let it cook over low heat for 8 min. and the pan is covered.
It will be removed from the fire when the center is cooked, we will know introducing a fork, if it comes out clean, our cake is ready.
