The best light breakfast is this Avocado and Egg Toast. It's a very easy recipe to cook that you can have ready in 10 minutes. Enjoy a quick breakfast with this toast. It is decorated with alfalfa germ salad and has a touch of sesame and classic Tajín®.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 slices multigrain bread
  • 1 avocado, cut into segments
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and cut into three slices
  • 1 cup alfalfa germ
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 3 tablespoons classic Tajín®

Preparation

Toast the bread on a comal at low heat, until golden brown on both sides.
Place the avocado slices on each slice of bread, the hard boiled egg slices, finish with the alfalfa germ and a few sesame seeds. Sprinkle with a little Classic Tajín® and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the toast and decorate with the salad.

TIPS

You can add Tajín® Liquid Chamoy to your salad if you wish.
