Delicious baked avocados stuffed with egg whites and tomatoes, this recipe can be used as a breakfast, dare to prepare it and be amazed at its great flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups egg white, San Juan®
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • fresh coriander

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 210ºC.
Chop the tomato and onion in small cubes.
In a bowl add the whites, the tomato, the onion and salt and pepper.
Cut the avocados in half and with the help of a spoon remove excess avocado.
Serve the mixture in the avocados.
Place the avocados in a baking tray and put them in the oven for 15 minutes.
Take them out of the oven, decorate with cilantro.
