Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 breads, with round crust or bun
  • 5 slices ham
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 grams cheddar cheese
  • parsley, to taste
  • salt, necessary amount
  • black pepper, to taste
  • milliliters white vinegar
  • milliliters Water

Preparation

Cut a tapa to the bread or bun, hollow them and reserve.
Cut the ham into slices and cover the inside of the bun. Add an egg inside the bun, season with salt and pepper, add cheddar cheese and then parsley.
Bake the loaves at 180 ° C to allow the cheese to grate. Remove from the oven and add more cheese and parsley. Cover with the lid and cook in the oven for 5 more minutes.
