This recipe is great for a breakfast in a hurry day, everything is done in the same pan and goes into the oven to have some delicious fried eggs with bacon and potatoes, you will surely love it!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 4 pieces of White potato peeled and grated
  • 8 slices of smoked bacon diced
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1/4 of Cup of cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoonful of parsley Chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil. Fry the onion until it is transparent.
    Add the grated potato and cook for 4 minutes until it turns color. Then fry the bacon until it is cooked but not very crispy, season. Remove excess fat.
    Using a spoon, make space for the eggs by making a hole in each corner of the pan. Place each egg in each space and sprinkle the cheese on top.
    Bake for 7 minutes or until the eggs are cooked but with the yolk tender.
    Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    Place the pan in the center of the table for each person to serve to your liking.
